Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at RMA@taksontech.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an RMA# will be refused.
Return the unused item, freight and insurance prepaid, in the original shipping package to Takson. A reference of your RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping package and include examples or samples printed with the return unit when possible. Takson is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred in shipping. A Takson technician must validate all return items.

Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which is less shipping and handling charge.
Warranty
Takson warrants that the phones only will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. For a defect during the warranty period, you will need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before you can return the product. Contact Takson at RMA@taksontech.com to obtain an RMA number. Return the defective item, freight and insurance prepaid, in the original shipping package to Takson. A reference of your RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping package and include examples or samples printed with the defective unit when possible. Takson is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred in shipping. A Takson technician must validate all warranty claims.
If the product proves defective during the warranty period, Takson, at its option, will:
(1) repair the product at no charge for parts or labor,
(2) replace the product or,
(3) refund the amount paid for the product less shipping and handling.
The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, water damage, improper maintenance, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It does not cover cosmetic or incidental damages. The warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair of the product.
Limitations of remedy
Takson Technology Limited is not liable for any damages caused by the product or by the failure of the product to perform, including any lost profits, lost savings, incidental damages, or consequential damages.
Takson Technology Limited is not liable for any claim made by a third party or made by you for a third party.
This limitation applies whether damages are sought, or a claim made, under this warranty or as a tort claim (including negligence and strict product liability), a contract claim, or any other claim. This limitation cannot be waived or amended by any person. This limitation of liability will be effective even if Takson Technology Limited has been advised by you of the possibility of any such damages. This limitation of liability, however, will not apply to claims for personal injury.
